Remindful Breath Flow (90 mins)

In an age where mindfulness often seems like a luxury reserved for those dedicating years to study and meditation, we’ll be bringing it closer to home.

It's said that we can survive without food for about three weeks and without water for up to three days. Yet, without breath, we can't last more than a few minutes. So, why do we prioritize nutritional diets and hydration, but often overlook the way we breathe?

In this 90-minute experience, we’ll take a different approach to mindfulness. Where it is about making techniques accessible and relevant for the everyday person, without losing the core essence of the practice. We'll introduce a blend of both slow and rapid breathing techniques that have been shown to improve concentration, reduce stress, and boost productivity. We'll introduce a few warm-up exercises to drop us out of the mind and into the body, followed by a deep flow accompanied by perfectly timed music. Through these exercises, participants will be led into a deep meditative state, simply through their own breath.
