What is this session about?

This session will be one designed for those of you who are keen to dedicate some space and time to truly breaking down some of your existing "stories" and "narratives" that have been holding you back.

Often, we have the best intentions to change something, however, sometimes there can feel like an invisible force slowing us down, or worse, keeping us at a stand still.

So how will this session look to help? I have put together an exciting session which will use very powerful tools that will allow us to go inwards. This can sometimes feel uncomfortable, therefore, we will look to move slowly and create a safe space that takes us there gradually, through a few light games, group work, and some inward investigation to "what are my true beliefs?". Then finally followed by a deep breathwork session to really breakthrough those stories.

Why did I bother with this session?

I have been using a number of mindfulness based tools for many years now. All of them have helped me tremendously along the way. However, something felt like it was missing. While I was able to understand my "story", I still wasn't able to change it. While I knew the "right thing" to do, I still didn't act. I found there was a disconnect with mindfulness and practical/actionable tools.

Mindfulness was able to get me into a deep and open state, allowing me to step into a very clear headspace, but it didn't offer me many practical steps to making a lasting change outside of the practice.

Practical tools on the other hand, I had come across many, but I would simply collect these tools like stamps (highlighting them in my Kindle and listening to podcasts with people telling "what to do"), yet I'd never find the time or space to implement them while in a clear and open headspace.

Enter the Remindful Narrative and Breathwork Breakthrough- where we'll look to fuse the two together.


Who is it for?

  • Those who have tried mindfulness techniques in the past but still struggle to change their day to day habits
  • Those who feel they know what they need to do, but never dedicate the time to do so
  • Those who are open to holding a safe space for others who may be going through similar challenges
  • Those keen to connect with likeminded individuals who want to go a little deeper
  • Those who simply want to connect their mind and body so that they are singing to the same tune
  • Those who want to bring a bit more fun to mindfulness and not take themselves too seriously
  • Those who are opened minded to doing things that may be a little different than they are used to

  • Some fun games and laughter
  • Some deep work that may feel challenging at time
  • Connection with other like-minded people who will create a space for you to talk openly
  • A deep breathwork experience which gives you the space to make a gentle shift on your day to day

  1. Welcome: light food and tea (6:00pm)
  2. Warm up games (6:25pm)
  3. Exercise 1: Narrative Searching (6:45pm)
  4. Exercise 2: Partner work (6:55pm)
  5. Exercise 3: Stepping out of "me" (7:15pm)
  6. Exercise 4: Remindful Breathflow (7:30pm)
  7. Integration (8:30pm)
