"Remy" Comes to Santa Barbara: Cooking From the Film "Ratatouille"
‘Ratatouille’ is my favorite food movie - and maybe my favorite movie - of all time,” says Cordon Bleu-trained AtoZ chef, Anna-Katharina Preidl who will lead this Parent/Child (10+) class that features Preidl’s interpretations of “Remy’s” dishes from the movie, including a simple, elegant omelet, potato-leek soup, baguette baked in class, and the star of the film, and Provence specialty, the ratatouille that brought “Anton Ego” to tears. Dessert will be one of Preidl’s specialties which she will prepare ahead of class: Choux au Craquelin, a final course “Remy” would’ve loved.
