Renewable Manilla - 100 Mile Dinner

Friday 19 April 2023, 6pm-11pm at the beautiful Manilla Town Hall.

This event is a great opportunity to come together, feast on fantastic local produce, celebrate the first day of the Renewable Manilla festival. 

A great family event with live music from Kirsty Larkin and children's entertainment.
Guests will enjoy beautifully catered three course meal.  

Starters:

• Watermelon Platters
• Grazing Platters (Prepared by Manilla CWA) 

Soup:

• Seasonal Vegetable Soup 
• Fresh rolls from Manilla Bakery

Main Course:

• Manilla Organic Beef 
• New England Lamb with Mint Jelly 
• Authentic Chicken Cacciatore with Mushroom, Capsicum, Onion, and Olives  
• Eggplant parmigiana

Side Dishes:

• Mixed Green Salad with Fresh Herbs
• Pea, bacon, onion and capsicum salad
• Roasted Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary
• Sautéed Green Beans with Almonds
• Honey-glazed Carrots

This menu celebrates the flavours of your region while supporting local farmers, producers, makers, bakers and cooks. Celebrating local ingredients and the talent and time of local people.

The 100 Mile Dinner is a fantastic night.
