A regular community event where visitors bring in broken items and learn to fix them with the help of a volunteer expert.
Dates: 3rd Saturday of the Month
Times: 1pm to 4pm
Cost: Free!

The transformative power of the repair cafe movement is only made possible by the generous contributions of time and skill by our volunteers.
At Repair Cafe Hobart, we rely on both volunteer expert repairers and general volunteers who assist with the smooth operation of our repair sessions.

If not, you can get involved but not as a repairer!
Join our crew of wonderful general volunteers. These people make tea and coffee, help attendees fill out forms, connect attendees with repairers, and encourage clients to ring the hand bell when a successful repair is made (easily one of the best parts of a repair cafe day!).
