    This onilne workshop will cover the following topics: 

    • Why partner? What are the benefits and pitfalls? 
    • You as a partner - viability, capability and capacity; 
    • Knowing your timelines, processes and support structures; 
    • Your role: Entrepreneur? Team contributor? Tenderer/supplier? 
    • Relationship management - establishing trust; 
    • Determining the type of partnering: how collaborative? Consulation or partnership?
    • Communication and clarity; Milestones, outcomes and follow-up.
    • Options - industry, philanthropy
