Reset and reconnect Intuitive massage workshop - Burringbar

This 3-hour workshop is a simple and grounded experience designed to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and learn the basics of intuitive massage.

A few years ago I found myself stuck in constant fight-or-flight. Life felt overwhelming and I had become disconnected from the world around me.

During a retreat I was introduced to simple breathing techniques and intentional touch through massage. Something shifted. My nervous system relaxed and I experienced a sense of presence and connection I hadn’t felt in a long time.

This workshop is inspired by that experience.

Together we explore:

• Simple breathing techniques

• The power of attention and presence

• Learning intuitive massage

• Connecting through respectful, intentional touch

• Slowing down the mind and nervous system

No previous experience is needed.

This is not therapy and there is nothing you need to achieve.

It is simply a space to explore presence, awareness, and connection.
