Our team is excited to be sharing RESET Experiences in
Gympie, Ipswich & Brisbane in February 2023
This introductory RESET class & mini workshop is for youth and adults curious to explore some simple and effective wellbeing strategies to enhance physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
** NEW UPDATE **
We have had an opportunity to work with young people on 22/2 so this will now replace our previously organised workshop at YMCA Springfield Lakes Community Centre.
