Building the capacity to work well through pressure, change, and uncertainty
Workplace stress isn’t just about workload — it’s also about how people relate to pressure, uncertainty, and challenge over time. When stress is ongoing, even capable, committed employees can feel overwhelmed, disengaged, or burnt out.
This resilience course supports employees to develop the skills needed to stay grounded, flexible, and effective, even when work is demanding or unpredictable.
