Welcome to Rest and Restore Wellness Retreat held at the tranquil location of Earthy Angels. It will be a beautiful relaxing afternoon of slow flow yoga, meditation, light breath-work, yin yoga and sound healing. Allow yourself the time to relax and rejuvenate at the end of the week and to drop into your heart space. Guaranteed to feel a lot calmer, grounded and joyful after this mini retreat! Afternoon tea will be provided and time to chat amongst like-minded souls whilst pulling oracle cards. I am so excited to host this event for you!
