Rest, Restore and Heal
Join Rose, an experienced yoga teacher and sound healer, for an afternoon dedicated to deep relaxation and renewal through restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing.

This month’s intention is to disconnect to reconnect—to gently unplug from the external world, our phones, our to-do lists, and reconnect deeply with our inner selves. We’ll also approach the afternoon with a beginner’s mind—emptying our cup so we can be open to new thoughts and feelings.

We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and meditation, setting the tone for inner calm and mindfulness. This flows into a restorative yoga practice focused on connecting with your soul. In this deeply nourishing session, we slow down, resting in supported postures and long holds that restore and open us to receive. These poses are designed to support your hips, spine, and nervous system.

As we move into savasana, our final resting pose, we’ll use self-heating eye masks to deepen your relaxation, while the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls wash over you—soothing, grounding, and transformative.

We’ll finish with light refreshments to help you ground and nourish, leaving you feeling restored, renewed, and aligned.

Who Is This Session For?
This session is perfect for anyone seeking deep rest, relaxation, and a break from the hustle of daily life. It’s a 'come as you are' invitation—no yoga experience is required! Simply bring a willingness to rest and reconnect.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat and water bottle

• Optional: Your own bolster, cushion, or blanket for extra comfort (props will be provided)

• Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather

Additional Information:

• Light refreshments provided after the session

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle
