An Afternoon of Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork & Sound Healing
Join Rose, an experienced yoga teacher and sound healer, for a nurturing journey of deep relaxation and renewal.
🧘♀️ This Month’s Intention:
We’ll connect with the mental body, known in Indian philosophy as the Manomaya Kosha. Through gentle movement and stillness, we become the observer—of our thoughts, emotions, and senses—and learn to accept all that we are.
🌬 What to Expect:
Breathwork & Meditation to settle the mind and prepare for stillness
Restorative Yoga Practice to soothe the nervous system and connect inward
Savasana with Crystal Bowl Sound Healing and self-heating eye masks for deep rest
Light Refreshments to nourish and ground you afterwards
💖 This session is for you if:
You’re feeling overwhelmed, tired, or in need of emotional and physical restoration
You’re craving stillness, space, and a chance to reset
You’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner—all are welcome
✨ This is a "come as you are" experience. No yoga experience needed. Just bring your willingness to rest and reconnect.
🧺 What to Bring:
A yoga mat and water bottle
Optional: Your own bolster, blanket, or cushion for extra comfort (props provided)
Comfortable clothing suited to the weather
