This training seeks to improve professional quality of life and compassion satisfaction for their colleagues. By equipping participants with the necessary tools and knowledge, the workshop aims to foster a resilient and supportive healthcare environment.

Revenue generated from this workshop will help international graduate nurses working in an inpatient mental health unit in Regional Queensland to pursue a graduate certificate in mental health nursing.
