Restorative Yin Yoga and Sound on Sat April 5th 3-4:30pm

The body benefits from movement + the mind benefits from stillness. I will be guiding you through 45min of Yoga + 45min of Sound to fully restore balance and your connection to self.

The yoga portion of the class will be a gentle yoga flow with a variety of my favourite yin postures including pigeon, lizard, puppy, cobra, shoelace + fire log including my favourite pranayama breathing techniques. Then after moving + releasing pent up energy in the body, you will be ready to sink deep into our sound healing journey giving space for the mind, body + spirit to release any remaining physical, energetic, mental or emotional tension.

Yoga means UNION. Union of mind + body, union of self with the universe and I would love to show you how incredible this practice really is. Being a 5000 year old philosophy, science + way of living, Yoga is known to be asana in preparation for meditation, allowing us to journey deeper within.

Wear: comfortable flowy clothes or yoga wear

Yoga mats, pillows, blankets + eye masks are provided but you can bring your own if you like. BYO water. Limited spaces available.

This gentle yoga practice and sound journey will be focusing on deep relaxation and stress reduction. Yin postures throughout will allow for a deeper release of tension. The benefits of gentle movement, deep opening postures, mindful breathing and sound healing:
