Indulge in an extended 1.5 hours of absolute bliss, a complete self-care package that will relax the body, calm the mind, soothe the soul, and take you to another realm.

Carla will guide you expertly through some oh-so-relaxing restorative yoga supported by props, blocks, bolsters, and blankets intertwined with live healing sound bath session (guitar, crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids, zaphir chimes, rain stick, mantras and more) to completely relax your body and mind, help you to slow down and open your body through passive stretching. We will finish the session with a heartfelt kirtan, hot spicy cup of chai and some delicious plant based sweets.

You will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, restored, nourished within and calm of mind.

Please bring a mat if you have one, socks, eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes, and a blanket or towel.

Make sure you come early enough to find a park as parking in West End is limited. We have 3 car parks to the left of the building in Beattie St but have also included included a map for other suggested parking below.
