Join Suzy for 2 hours of nourishing restorative yoga, exploring deeper levels of relaxation, gradually letting go and resting into the support of comfortable props.
The studio will be a cosy haven of luxurious blankets, glowing candles and calming aromas.
We welcome the return of the light and the beginning of spring with a heart-opening, calming practice. Using yoga props like yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters we effortlessly relax into supported poses for a longer duration. This allows us to welcome a meditative state of mind.
Southern Yoga and Health is situated right next to Moorabbin Train Station on the Frankston line. Parking is also available. Accessibility: there is a flight of stairs to enter the studio. All equipment is provided - just wear comfortable gear.
Your yoga teacher Suzy specialises in calming yoga at a slower pace, bringing reflection and internal awareness into every pose. Restorative yoga invokes a deeper sense of relaxation and is known to reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress.
