♡RESTORE♡ cacao, gentle movement, reiki+sound journey SYDNEY

An evening dedicated to doing less, to softening, to honouring the yin ~ the depths of our being. In surrendering to rest, we empower our souls, we open up and remember we have everything and more, just as we are, in this very moment . . How does it feel to move slower, what can be revealed, what magic can you create when you are empowered in a state of rest?

• We will gather, share, connect with, and sip on the plant medicine, cacao ♡ We invite and thank the magic of the medicine to set the foundation for our practice. • We will ground, find gentle, simple movement and let the body's wisdom lead the way. This will be a mixture of guided and intuitive movement practices - please note no prior dance experience required, just an openness to let your body speak ♡ The aim here is to remove all force, to let ease and passive movement guide us
  

• Then it will be time to fully surrender. Relax into a deep state of rest while a restorative sound journey washes over you - our playlist supports the activation of specific brainwave patterns that stimulate a waking dream-like state of lucid consciousness, creating opportunity to activate and connect with your intuition and higher self. I will offer reiki throughout to support and guide your journey and flow of energy ♡
  

• We will close with time to reflect, journal and share with each other to integrate the experience

-Please bring water, journal, yoga mat optional for extra comfort during journey, and an openness to exploring the beauty of doing less

-Wear layered, non-restrictive clothing

-Ideally avoid caffeine and highly processed foods prior to event
