With our lives whirling in ever-accelerating circles around us, have you ever wondered how to jump out of the hurricane?  Would you like to rebuild control of your life and experience more peace, calm and a greater sense of balance?

  • Revisit yourself and restore your zen while exploring the potential of yoga and hypnotherapy in your life during a specialised and unique collaborative workshop, with long-term experts in their fields: Hypnotherapist Agi Mooy and Yoga Teacher Nicole Walker.

Who is Agi Mooy?

Agi has been a wellness and nutrition coach and Neuro Linguistic Practitioner for over 23 years. Her desire to become a registered Clinical Hypnotherapist five years ago has enabled her to further assist clients overcome debilitating addictions and recurring patterns. Using proven strategies and practical tools, she uncovers the triggers and enable long-term success for her clients. 

Agi is also a co-author of the best-selling book 'Unstoppable 1', which reached the top of 28 categories, including multiple business categories.

In addition, Agi is an Onboarding Specialist at The Queenie Effect P/L, where she champions women to recognise their passion, superpower, and voice in the world, and to monetize that with abundance. Agi is passionate about empowering women to regain self-belief, self-confidence, and self-worth. As part of a team of experts, she supports women to create and grow their own businesses, achieve their goals, and make a positive impact.


Who is Nicole Walker?

Nicole has been an avid yoga practitioner for over 25 years and teaching yoga for over 13 years. Her passion and specialty is in mental wellness and the psycho-physical effects of a regular yoga practice.

During her yoga career, Nicole built a Not-For-Profit (NFP) organisation, Happy Head Foundation, specialising in youth mental wellness, youth engagement and the prevention of negative mental health spirals in youth.

Connecting deeply with her community through yoga, her NFP and volunteering with homelessness organisations and youth suicide prevention projects, Nicole has found her niche in collaboration, community engagement and wellbeing promotion. Her one goal is to see her community feel great again.
