This engaging one‑hour information session with Jane Henriette from Council on the Ageing (COTA) explores what ageism is, how it shows up in everyday settings, and the real impact it has on older Tasmanians and on society.

Participants will gain practical insights into how we can challenge ageist thinking, shift attitudes and create communities where people of all ages are valued and respected.
