• Deferred Management Fees and Capital Gains: How deferred management fees work and the potential financial impact, including proposed changes to align capital gains with losses.
• Fees and Exit Costs: Understanding the financial aspects of leaving, including deferred management fees and re-licensing.
• Proposed Legislative Changes: A review of proposed changes to simplify legal documents and address power imbalances between residents and operators
