Event description

There is no Wifi in the forest, but I promise you will find a better connection. - Ralph Smart

In this hyper, technology-driven world many of us have forgotten that nature is part of our identity and vital for our wellbeing. A return to nature is one of our deepest inner yearnings.

Take the first step, unplug from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with the natural world at this immersive retreat being hosted on the serene landscapes of our 10-acre property in Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula (just an hours drive from Melbourne).

We invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and tune in to the beauty of nature with your guides Jacqueline Swan and Carolyn Tate through a variety of mindful, creative and grounding practices.

What to expect:

  • Creating connection to the natural world through practices you can integrate into your life.
  • Quiet awareness and deep listening to nature.
  • Co-creating art with nature to inspire and activate your inner-creative.
  • A campfire and ‘yarning’ circle, fostering community and connection.
  • A nutritious vegetarian meal made from farm-house and local produce.

Whether you're seeking to unplug for the day, deepen your relationship with nature or learn practices to integrate into your daily life, this retreat is the perfect opportunity to pause, reflect and reawaken your senses.
