Join Sue Pope & Wendy Jones (Yoga Soul Sisters) for Journey into Stillness — an immersive workshop weaving together Yin Yoga, Qigong, Breath work, Meditation, and Sound to help quiet the mind, release tension, reconnect with your body and restore balance.

Professional musician Mitchell Jones (Mitch Jones Music) weaves the soothing sounds of the handpan, Native American flute and clarinet through the practice, creating a deeply immersive journey into stillness.

This workshop is especially meaningful to us because we believe that in a world that rarely slows down, creating intentional moments of stillness, rest and presence is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves. Our hope is that participants leave feeling calmer, more connected, and inspired to carry these practices into everyday life.
