Ali from Nectar of Sounds returns to the sacred space of Alchemy R.Aum for a fourth immersive sound activation ceremony: a 1.5 hour journey into vibrational alignment, inner rest, and deep presence.

The evening will open with a sacred vocal practice using the primordial sound AUM (Om), formed through the syllables Aa, Uu, and Mm. This meditative resonance travels through the body’s energy centers, grounding the lower chakras, activating the heart, and illuminating the inner vision.

Following this vocal attunement, we dissolve into an immersive sound journey, where your body will be gently bathed in vibrations from singing bowls, chimes, flutes and handpans. These instruments, many tuned to 432Hz, invite deep cellular harmony and a reconnection to Earth’s natural rhythm.

Together, these practices help:

- Release stored emotion from the nervous system
- Calm the mind and energise the spirit
- Access clarity, inner stability, and heart coherence
- Awaken a felt sense of presence, rooted in sound and silence

Bring a water bottle, a journal (optional) and warm comfortable clothes. Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and cushions can be provided but you can also bring your own. The venue is heated & carpeted.

No previous experience needed only your willingness to receive and arrive into resonance.

This is a sober event.

Please arrive 15' earlier. Doors will close at 6.45pm to ensure timings are kept.
