Ribbon Cutting and Art Gallery Opening
Event description
Join EJC, Congregation Shir Tikvah and Gather:Make:Shelter on Sunday, November 3rd at 3pm for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the building’s brand new mural. Painted by G:M:S artist Fahd Sadiq, this beautiful mural marks his first solo public art project.
In tandem with the mural’s opening ceremony, Eye in the Sky, a curated exhibition of Fahd’s work will be on display at EJC's new art gallery. The opening reception for Eye in the Sky will take place directly after the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Come celebrate the magnificent works of a talented artist at EJC's new art gallery space.
All ages; refreshments will be served. Free, rsvp required.
