All local food businesses are invited to a free Retail and Food Service Information Session hosted by the NSW Food Authority and Central Coast Council to help you build a strong food safety culture and keep your customers safe.

Join us for an engaging event where you'll learn how to:

• prevent foodborne illness

• handle allergens safely

• understand food safety laws

• improve cleaning, sanitising & handwashing practices

• recognise the Scores on Doors program.

Time:

☕ 9:00am - 9.30am: Registration with tea and coffee on arrival.

🎫 9:30am - 12:30pm: Presentations with a complimentary morning tea.

Dietary requirements: Please advise dietary requirements or allergens when registering for this event in the section provided to assist with catering.

Parking: Free parking is available onsite at Gosford RSL with entry off Yallambee Avenue, West Gosford NSW 2250
