New Head Chef Andrea Gasparini has taken the reins of this year, crafting an epic brunch menu served in the cosy confines of Xanadu’s restauran.. Too early for wine? No worries, enjoy the decadent spread minus the vino (just choose the ‘food only’ ticket option).
