The event will begin with a breathwork exercise led by Laura who is a recent certified yoga instructor to help us ground into the space.

Ash will then hold space for the cacao ceremony where we will set our intentions and be guided on a meditative journey to help release blocks and step into our power whilst we sip on our delicious mug of medicinal cacao!

After the meditation, Kyle will then be providing the tunes to get our bodies moving, grooving and raving the morning away! Can you think of a better way to start the day?!
