Ritual Circle

Connect with likeminded women as we gather in circle. The intention for these circles is to create community, a sense of belonging, and connection with likeminded souls. Together we will share wisdom, support and laughter, and space to recharge your energy. 

We aim to create a safe and sacred space for you to come as you are, and to leave feeling uplifted, empowered and supported by others in our circle!

This month's circle theme is 'Grounding' - where we will begin with a gentle Yin and Reiki session in the park to move any stagnant energy and release any tension/stress from the month. 

What to expect in a Ritual Circle?

• Light snacks and tea
• Grounding meditation and intention setting
• Movement + Reiki
• Oracle card pull
• Space to network and connect with one another

What to Bring

• A yoga mat (or towel if you don't have access to one)
• A cushion for extra comfort as we sit in circle
• Jumper (or something to keep you warm)
• Water bottle
