Event description

Step away from the rush of daily life and enter a sanctuary of deep restoration. This unique workshop weaves together the ancient practices of Yin yoga, ceremonial tea, healing touch, and sound bath meditation to create a profound journey into rest as a sacred act.

Yin Yoga with Sacred Touch

We open with a mindful tea ceremony, setting our intention for deep rest and restoration. Sip warming herbal blends as you transition from the outside world into this sacred space of healing.

Settle into gentle, supported poses held for extended periods, allowing your body to soften and release. Throughout the practice, receive nurturing adjustments and therapeutic touch that enhance your ability to surrender and let go.

Each touch is offered with reverence and care, supporting your body's natural healing process.

Sound Bath Journey

As your body rests in complete stillness, be bathed in waves of healing sound frequencies. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, a gong and other sacred instruments will guide you into a state of deep meditation and deep restoration.

This Workshop is For You If:

  • You're ready to slow down and honour your need for deep rest

  • You crave a practice that nourishes both body and soul

  • You're open to receiving healing touch in a safe, sacred container

  • You want to experience the transformative power of sound healing

  • You're seeking community connection in a gentle, supportive environment

"Rest is not a luxury—it is a necessity for a life well-lived. In this ritual, we remember that our worth is not measured by our productivity, but by our capacity to be present, to receive, and to simply be."
