Rock n Roll Club July featuring:
Glen & Glenda, Bob Short, and Slack Punks
Glen & Glenda
are an acoustic folk/pop duo from Sydney. They’ve been playing local venues and
small bars across the city for the past 8 years. Glen & Glenda's original material is a
mixture of folk and acoustic pop along the lines of Nancy Sinatra, Cat Power, She and
Him and Jackie DeShannon just to name a few. They released their debut album
Dupain in 2017 and their second album Bohemia in 2022.
Bob Short
Punk rocks forgotten (twas once a) boy continues his forty year campaign to bottom
feed scraps from the music industry. It's true. There have been many near misses
with fame. Tonight, in an intimate setting, Bob Short will demonstrate the noble art
of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
Slack Punks
Old school melodic punk rock.
