Roll & Release is thoughtfully designed to support functional movement, enhance fascial hydration, and improve glide through a blend of massage ball work and purposeful movement sequences. This is your chance to explore the many ways to move and massage your body in an intelligent, mindful class that promotes deep relaxation without sacrificing stability.

You’ll improve your alignment, restore ease of movement, and invite limberness into your body. Small props are used to stimulate and rehydrate your fascia and muscles—leaving you feeling like you've just had a full-body massage. And honestly, who doesn’t need that?

But there’s more—this class offers a profound reset for your nervous system and breath.
Most of us aren’t breathing optimally. Yes, we're breathing—but our modern lifestyles (sitting too much, pollution, structural shifts, mouth breathing, etc.) can compromise the natural function of our diaphragm. This masterclass will help you reconnect with your breath, expand your lung capacity, and reawaken this essential, calming rhythm through targeted techniques.
