RORE Breathwork 5 April 2025 - Mount Pleasant Hall
Event description
Join me for a transformative breathwork session to reset, refocus, and regulate your nervous system.
Saturday 5 April 4:00 - 6:00pm
**Please arrive 10 minutes before to complete the waiver (for new participants), and get comfortable ready to begin at 4pm**
This guided experience blends information on the human anatomy and physiology, breathwork techniques with insights into the connection between your breath and well-being. Discover how intentional breathing reduces stress, boosts performance, and regulates your nervous system. All welcome, whether you're new to breathwork or seeking to deepen your practice.
What to expect
One of the most important parts of my sessions is understanding breathwork itself. Before we dive into the practice, I will take you through a 20-30 minute deep dive into the physiology and anatomy of breathing—how the breath influences our nervous system, our emotions, and our daily lives. I want everyone to leave not just with an experience, but with real tools they can use every day. For those that have come to previous session, it will be a refresher as well as NEW information each time (i.e new tools, new studies).
We also cover what to expect during a breathwork session—what happens in your body, why certain sensations arise, and how different breathing techniques create powerful shifts. Knowledge is empowerment, and setting this foundation is extremely important! And then we.... BREATHE.
