RORE Sunset Breathwork 21 March 2025 - Mount Pleasant Hall
Event description
Join me for a transformative breathwork session to reset, refocus, and regulate your nervous system.
Friday 21st March 5:30 -7:00pm
**Please arrive 10 minutes before to complete the waiver, and get comfortable ready to begin at 5:30pm**
This guided experience blends information on the human anatomy and physiology, breathwork techniques with insights into the connection between your breath and well-being. Discover how intentional breathing reduces stress, boosts performance, and regulates your nervous system. All welcome, whether you're new to breathwork or seeking to deepen your practice.
What to expect
Unlike my longer breathwork sessions, which dive deep into the science and techniques of breathwork, this session offers a shorter introduction, perfect for those wanting to try breathwork for the first time or for regular attendees looking to enhance their practice and go deeper into the experience.
We'll begin with a brief overview of how breath influences your body and emotions while you settle in with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao to open the heart and support relaxation. From there, I'll guide you through a 60-minute breath flow, helping you ground after a long week and shift into a place of clarity, connection, and empowerment.
What to bring
- Comfortable mat to lie on (yoga mat or thin mattress)
- Pillow for your head and additional pillows if required for under your legs or back
- Blanket highly recommended as participants can often become cold during breathwork
- Eye mask is optional
- Bottle of water
- journal (optional)
