The 2023-24 Vocational Service Award will be presented to Dr Sandro Demaio, CEO of VicHealth, a medical doctor and a globally-renowned public health expert and advocate for healthy eating and nutrition, particularly in young Australians. Sandro appears regularly on radio and television. He has published more than 35 scientific papers and 110 articles. He also authored the Doctor’s Diet, a cookbook based on science and inspired by a love of good food.
