This month we're highlighting the amazing flavours of Russian cuisine!
Join our local facilitator, Olga Velikaia, as she guides you in creating three authentic Russian dishes.
Menu:
Entree - Russian Salad
Main - Golubtsi (Russian Cabbage Rolls)
Dessert - Russian Pancakes with strawberries
In this hands-on group class, you will learn to create a three-course meal with all ingredients, instructions, and equipment provided. And, of course, dinner is included!
