Throughout Winter 2023 and beyond, Strange Company will be running a series of *Small Parcels* Wine Dinners.
Gracing our venue on June 8th, Tom Daniel of Chouette wines joins us for a cosy night of beautiful wine & food pairing.
Colloquial French for ‘cool’, Chouette is also a noun for ‘Owl’, the name reflecting the old wisdom of the Swan Valley & the family roots, with a nod to edgy modern winemaking & a desire for fun & funky vino.
Tom’s Swan Valley fruit is hand-picked & hand-made using lo-tech, traditional techniques, with high drinkability in mind. Stylistic, textural & vibrant, Chouette wine is full of personality, & made with deliciousness at the forefront.
The food menu prepared by Strange Company Head Chef, Christophe Mannon-Bakaj, with dishes paired exquisitely to compliment and highlight each individual wine.
