SABBATH MORNING AT CHURCH

Do I need to bring my ticket?

You will need to present your ticket for entry, this can be either a physical printed copy or digital copy shown on your phone. If you do not present your ticket you will need to wait in line to see an usher for manual verification.

Where do I go on arrival at Church?

You will need to enter the church through the main entry as this is the only place to have your ticket verified.

Can I enter the church through any door at the church?

No. You must enter through the main entry to the church for the registration process to ensure that we meet our obligations.  Entry through other doors is not permitted.

What should I expect at ticket verification?

You will be greeted by an usher who will ask whether you have a pre-registered ticket.

If you have a ticket you will be directed to the fast registration lane where another usher will scan the ticket/s presented.

If you have not registered for a ticket you will be directed to the slow registration lane where an usher will assist you in acquiring a ticket. Please note you will not be allowed to enter until you have been allocated a ticketed seat and provided all contact details for each person together with the required COVID declaration.

Can I enter the church without providing necessary contact details and the COVID declaration?

No. You will be refused entry if you do not have a seat allocated or have otherwise registered for unallocated seating (such as in the hall).

What if someone is sitting in my seat?

You should politely advise them that they are in your seat and ask that they move to their allocated seat. If there is more confusion, then please ask a deacon or usher to assist.

How do I identify a volunteer to assist with registration and seating?

Volunteer ushers and deacons will be wearing a coloured vest to assist identifying them.

Can I change seats during the day?

No, you must always sit in your allocated seat for the days service programs. The only time you can move out of your seat is to attend Sabbath School classes or attend to physical needs.

Who should select ‘Unallocated’ ticket type?

Unallocated ticket type should only be selected when you fit into one of these criteria.

  • You are serving as a volunteer and will not be seated at any time in an allocated seat within the main Church .
  • If all Allocated seats (in the main Church) are full you are able to select this ticket type and attend service in the overflow areas of Church like the hall.
