One day of camp will be at the beach
WHAT:
Discover the history, similarities and differences of cuisines from Spain and Latin America. In this hands-on camp, we will focus on dishes from Spain, Mexico, Guatemala and Peru. We will learn how the mountains and oceans influence the regional recipes. And of course we'll eat delicious food.
Join us for 5 fun and food-filled days. We cook together, eat together and clean up together. We also have lot of time for old-fashioned summer camp fun.
Depending on covid protocols, we are planning guest speakers and field trips.
All staff and volunteers are vaccinated against covid.
