WHY BREATHWORK?

The Ox Gen Breath Movement is a powerful technique that taps into our inherent healing potential, enabling us to become our own medicine and our bodies to become their own pharmacists. Explore the concept of self discovery through Ox Gen Breathwork, unlocking the potential for profound healing and empowering personal growth.

Ox Gen Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that combines the power of breath with consciousness, creating a synergy of mind, body and spirit. Through specific breathing techniques, we activate the body’s innate intelligence and tap into its natural healing abilities. This approach focuses on enriching the body with increased oxygen levels, facilitating deeper relaxation, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system - the branch responsible for rest and recovery.
