Sacred Breathwork and Cacao with Rochelle Fyfe

Sunday 13th September I 11 am - 2.30 pm

BYO - Mat, Water bottle & Mug/Drinking vessel for Cacao.

WHAT IS SACRED BREATHWORK?

Sacred Breathwork is a deeply supportive conscious connected breathwork journey designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release what has been building beneath the surface and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

This is not about forcing a breakthrough.

It is about creating enough safety within the body that it can finally let go.

We begin with ceremonial cacao and intention setting before moving into a guided Sacred Breathwork journey. You'll then be supported into a crystal bowl sound bath savasana, followed by time for journaling, integration and optional sharing.

Every experience is unique.

Some people experience deep relaxation.

Some experience emotional release.

Some enter a dream like state with visuals, sensations or intuitive insights.

Others simply leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to themselves.
