Join us for a powerful 3.5hr water ritual experience designed to reconnect you with the sacred element of water.
Anna and Sally are excited to share this powerful soothing experience with you.
You will be guided through this experience with breathwork, embodiment, meditation, and rituals.
You'll explore the fluidity of your body, emotions, and inner flow. This is a time to connect into self with the soothing element of water.
Once we have completed this journey we will immerse into the beauty of Sukore, with an hour to relax in the hot and cold pools, sauna, and steam room, this experience offers deep restoration and renewal.
You'll gain not only insight but simple, sacred practices to support your daily well-being and keep you connected to the water within—your clarity, calm, and intuitive wisdom.
Come home to your sacred flow.
Date: 24th May 2025
Time: The event will commence at 2pm with arrivals from 1.45pm.
What to bring: Bathers, towel, comfy clothes, yoga mat, cushion, journal and pen.
Location: 1/347 Townsend St Albury
Food: Snacks will be provided. Please let us know of any dietary requirements.

Anna Houston
Anna is a holistic counsellor and psychotherapist who is passionate for
people to find their unique flow in life where they are in balance in
heart, thought, and spirit. This balance is an inner knowingness of
what we are doing effortlessly, this is what she calls VidaFlo, our life
flow. Each person is so unique and she approaches each person with
curiosity and compassion to understand who they are and what they need.
Anna uses breathwork and cold-water therapy to empower, gain deep
insights, increase inner strength and create calm and balance.
Sally Jean
SallyJean is a Holistic Neuro-Psychotherapist, Educator and Human Rights
Advocate. She is dedicated to integrating Neuroscience, creativity,
spirituality and holistic well-being practices in order to support
people through their experiences of distress. Sally combines her lived
experience, education and clinical work in the fields of education and
health to empower people to understand their bodies and embrace holistic
ways to thrive.
