We’ll discuss the use of sound in energy clearing and invoking spirit, while exploring how different tones, rhythms, and vibrations feel to each of us.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll experiment with the instruments available and begin creating a personal sound practice. From a simple drumming rhythm to a gentle vocal chant, you’ll discover ways to bring sound into your rituals and everyday moments of stillness.

No musical experience is needed, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore. Bring along your drums or other musical instruments so you can develop a practice with the tools you have.
