Together, we’ll explore how drums, chimes, singing bowls, and chanting can be woven into spiritual practice to encourage relaxation, support reflection, and create a sense of sacred space. We’ll discuss the use of sound in energy clearing and invoking spirit, while exploring how different tones, rhythms, and vibrations feel to each of us.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll experiment with the instruments available and begin creating a personal sound practice. From a simple drumming rhythm to a gentle vocal chant, you’ll discover ways to bring sound into your rituals and everyday moments of stillness.

No musical experience is needed, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore. Bring along your drums or other musical instruments so you can develop a practice with the tools you have.
