This is a beautifully relaxing and transformative class in a gorgeous studio with mountain views. 

Reset your vibration, improve your stress buffer, improve sleep, deeply relax, restore & heal.

Includes

• A long guided 1 hr sound meditation session that includes Binaural Beat Singing Bowls, Chakra balancing singing bowls, Gong, Chakra Drum, Ocean Drum, Shamanic Rattle & more. Some sound massage may be included.
• Mattresses, cushions, bolsters and eyepillows provided. Feel free to bring your own props if you feel more comfortable with that. 
• A meditation experience in our gorgeous purpose built studio in a quiet country setting with mountain views.
• Guidance from a diploma qualified yoga/meditation teacher with over 17 years' teaching experience
