A long guided 1 hr sound meditation session that includes Binaural Beat Singing Bowls, Chakra balancing singing bowls, Gong, Chakra Drum, Ocean Drum, Shamanic Rattle & more. Some sound massage may be included.
Mattresses, cushions, bolsters and eyepillows provided. Feel free to bring your own props if you feel more comfortable with that.
