SaCSA - Sydney Onsite Workshop - Culinary Skills for Aged Care Food Service
Event description
As part of SaCSA's Project Consultation Roadshow 2025, we’re inviting Hospitality and Aged Care stakeholders in Sydney to join a face-to-face workshop to review and shape the draft training products for the Culinary Skills for Aged Care Food Service project.
Service and Creative Skills Australia (SaCSA) has engaged extensively with stakeholders across industry, VET and unions to explore the challenges and opportunities within the current qualifications. Utilising these insights, we worked closely with our Technical Committee to develop the draft training products to ensure they meet the evolving needs of industry.
We’re now seeking feedback to confirm the draft training products are fit-for-purpose and support the development of a skilled, adaptable and sustainable workforce.
