SaCSA Workshop – Retail Continuum – Session 9 Open Session

To support the review and redevelopment of the qualification pathway from Certificate II Retail Services through to the Diploma of Retail Leadership, SaCSA is seeking feedback from a wide range of stakeholders. 

This session is aimed at all stakeholders involved in the Retail sector. 

SaCSA wishes to receive your feedback on the following topics: 

• Specialisations and career pathways within the Retail Industry, including career pathways to aligned industries such as Transport and Logistics 

• Emerging technology requirements 

• The impacts and skills gaps resulting from online Retail business models 

• Obsolete skills and knowledge within the Retail industry 

• Emerging and missing skills and knowledge within the Retail industry
