Sadhana with Jackie January 27-31st

Join Jackie January 27th-31st to explore the chakras, invite in balance and to get steady with clear energy for your day. The practice begins with a twenty minute Kundalini inspired practice using movement and breath to balance the chakras which are energy centers. We shall further clear energies and invite in vitality and radiant energy to the chakras with the culmination of a 10 minute guided meditation. This grounding, centering and healing practice will be a lovely nourishing way to start your day. Please have blankets, blocks, a cushions or a bolster for our 10 minute meditation.
The commitment of a daily practice - Sadhana is one of the most powerful ways of keeping your life on track. The Sadhana team of Abby Spotskey, Jackie Labanok, Erin Widman, Stephanie Welch and Joni Haug work in unison to provide the foundation of a morning Sadhana 6:30 - 7 am weekdays.
Gathering via the online format allows us to come together as a community yet no need to even change out of your pajamas! Set up your home yoga studio with a mat, blanket, and a couple of blocks. Don't like sitting on the ground? You may conduct much of the class from a supportive chair.
