Spring is coming to Chacha, and with it, our second sake evening 🌸

After the warmth and joy of our very first sake event, we knew we had to do it again - this time in full bloom.

we invite you to join us for an evening of seven beautiful sakes, each carefully matched with a dish designed to bring out its flavour, style, and character.

Our dear friend Tomoko Koijima, beloved sake expert, will return to guide you through each tasting, weaving stories of tradition, craft, and the seasons.

In the kitchen, Chef Greggory Hill will once again join Vinh, creating dishes that speak the language of spring—fresh, bright, and full of kindness.

This is more than a tasting. It’s a celebration of the new season, of love, of shared tables and shared stories.

A moment to pause, sip, and savour the delicate beauty of sake alongside food made with love.
