As part of Wellness Week, step away from work and spend a little time in The Salad Bar,

Morris Moor's food garden. Join us for some light gardening and mindful activities: seed sowing, mulching, and propagating—all done slowly, quietly, and observantly. A simple chance to connect with nature and recharge. Drop in for a few minutes or stay a little longer, no gardening experience needed.

Time: Drop in anytime between 12–2 pm
Location: The Salad Bar, next to Holey Moley

Yoga Stillness Within — guided practice exploring how mindfulness and movement improve focus, mood and resilience during the working day.

Keynote: Managing Burnout at Work — an expert speaker on spotting the signs of burnout and building sustainable habits, for yourself and your business.

Coffee Rave — an early jolt of energy: good coffee, good music, a proper wake-up call.

Cuddle Farm — meet and connect with farm animals for a moment of pure, simple calm
